It collects and consolidates customers response to campaigns which aids to calculate ROI. The A/B testing feature of Capyard campaigns allows to measure performance of control and target groups and helps marketers optimize on marketing budget and plan their campaigns better.
Over a period of time it applies machine learning aspects to track which campaigns and offers works best for a particular customer segments and can come up with ‘next best campaign’ recommendation for each customer segment.
